Mr. Herskovitz has personally completed over 1,200 transactions in multi-family residential and commercial real estate, working both directly and as a team leader. Mr. Herskovitz has also served as a lending executive and company officer, responsible for originations and underwritings of many multi-million dollar apartment financings.
These successes have drawn upon Mr Herskovitz’s formal business and financial education, his ownership and/or operation of several property management companies, his work as an executive officer of several national apartment acquisition companies, and his origination work as an officer of a national mortgage banking company specializing in Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Conduit lending.
