ACQUISITION OBJECTIVES

We believe that the multi-family residential market is a strong viable real estate investment for individuals and companies committed to sensible, focused investing, utilizing conservative principles and a long term investment approach. For those of us with this philosophy, well located and appropriately analyzed acquisition opportunities will always be viable investments. The key to solid investing is not timing a market, but understanding the market and creating a business plan, which indicates an acceptable return on investment, that is appropriate for the asset and the future of its market.

Therefore, although our primary objective remains our commitment to serve the needs and objectives of our clients, PARADIGM will from time to time, seek to review, evaluate and purchase certain apartment properties located in markets of interest and possessing the intrinsics that we believe in and advocate for our clients. These investments will be accomplished through single purpose owning entities, in which PARADIGM, acting on behalf of its principals and it’s committed investors, will evaluate, acquire, finance, and oversee each investment.

Our philosophy is not to participate in the same market and on the same criteria that we advocate for our clients. However, it is anticipated that our interests will be in acquisitions that are smaller in size than those contemplated by our clients.

PARADIGM remains committed to the concept that we will never seek to compete with our clients. To this end, PARADIGM is also committed to disclosing to its clients any of its investments, or potential investments, where there is any risk of conflict, either actual or apparent.
