PARADIGM FINANCIAL CONSULTING is a high level muli-family and commercial real estate consulting firm established by its principal, Stanley Herskovitz, as a vehicle to draw upon Mr. Herskovitz’s more than 30 years of transactional real estate experience. This experience includes operation of three different property management companies, three decades of national property acquisition experience, national loan origination experience, and more than 16 years of experience as a company executive charged with coordinating the evaluation, acquisition, financing and closing of large multi-family (both market rate and affordable) and commercial projects.  PARADIGM provides an “add value” philosophy to each potential assignment and is positioned and ready to bring Mr. Herskovitz’ expertise to our clients.
